Clinical Case Proposals

Submission Guidelines:

ACSM Northwest 2025 Annual Meeting Clinical Case Instructions 

The information contained in the guidelines should be entered into the JotForm at the link below. You do not need to fill out the word document also.

Deadline:

January 17th, 2025 at 11:59pm PST.

Purpose:

These sessions are geared towards engaging physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, sports medicine fellows, and other healthcare professionals in our Annual Meeting. 

Clinical case presentations will be approximately 20 minutes with time for questions after. Typically, two clinical case presentations will be paired together into one 50-minute session. These presentations can be typical lecture-based presentations or more hands-on, depending on the topic. 

Applications must be received no later than 11:59pm Pacific Time on January 17th, 2025. Please submit all application material within the form below. Questions can be directed to info@acsmnorthwest.org
