2025 Symposia Submission Guidelines 

The information contained in the guidelines should be entered into the JotForm at the link below. You do not need to fill out the word document also.

Deadline:

January 17th, 2025 at 11:59pm PST.

Purpose:

To provide ACSM Northwest members an opportunity to present at our Annual Meeting. 

Applications must be received no later than 11:59pm Pacific Time on January 17th, 2025. Please submit all application material within the form below. Questions can be directed to info@acsmnorthwest.org
