ACSMs Certification Review

This text is organized into parts by certification level and is further subdivided into four main sections for each:

  • What You Need to Know and Multiple-Choice Practice Questions Divided by Subdomain
    • What you need to know: Statements are based on the knowledge and skill statements provided in the exam content outline for each certification, provided in a format appropriate for the certification level.
    • Multiple-choice questions: Have been organized by Domain and Subdomain. As the subdomains are interconnected, questions may correspond to multiple domains.
  • Answers to the Multiple-Choice Practice Questions: Include an explanation and list the resources where appropriate.
  • Case Study Challenges: Include both multiple-choice questions and open-ended discussion questions. The ACSM-CEP case study section also includes a number of ECG case studies.
